Novalie wants you to enjoy your jewelry free of defect, so we offer a 1 year warranty from your date of purchase.
Quick Facts:
- We do not repair jewelry, we will only replace the item if it is still available. If problems exceed, we can give you an item of equal or lesser value.
- We do not cover lost jewelry.
- Items in their unused and original condition purchased can be returned or exchanged.
- Our jewelry will tarnish, but can easily be cleaned. Tarnished jewelry is not eligible to be returned or replaced. To learn more about cleaning your jewelry
- Plated jewelry can fade in color if it is not properly cared for. Any plated items that have lost its plating is not eligible for warranty coverage.
- Our warranty only covers jewelry, we are sorry for the inconvenience.
Novalie’s warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below:
1. Warranty Coverage
Novalie warrants to original consumer purchasers that all Novalie’s products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase. During this warranty period, if a defect in the Product is identified, and you follow the instructions for returning the Product, Novalie will replace the Product with a new Product that is equivalent to the Product that is to be replaced. Novalie shall have no obligation to repair, replace, or refund until the defective Product is returned to Novalie. A replacement or repaired Product will assume the remaining warranty of the original Product or a warranty period of ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever period is longer. When a refund or replacement is given, the returned Product becomes Novalie’s property.

Please have available the following information: (1) the Product you purchased, (2) your order number reflecting the date on which you purchased the Product. Original proof of purchase is required, including in cases where the Product was received as a gift. Novalie’s customer service will provide further direction on how to make your claim, including how and where to return the Product, and may request additional information to assist Novalie in assessing the claim.
3. Exclusions and Limitations
This warranty does not cover lost or stolen items or defects or damage due to normal wear and tear or caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, or use of non-Novalie products together with Novalie Products. Stretching of chains and bracelets is not considered a defect in materials or workmanship. Do not expose Novalie Products to harsh chemicals or environments, as they can alter the appearance of the Product. These include, but are not limited to, liquid silver polish, pools, hot tubs, and spas. Please refer to the PRODUCT USE & CARE instructions for additional information on caring for and protecting your Novalie Product. Failure to follow these instructions may constitute abuse, misuse, or misapplication of your Novalie Product.
