Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide with the following exceptions:

  • We do not ship to Russia, North Korea, Switzerland due to local shipping restrictions.

We will update our shipping policy when we have more information, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

Carriers + Tracking Info

All orders ship from our headquarters in Florida, USA. Orders to the U.S.A and Canada will be delivered via USPS, or via FedEx or UPS at our discretion. International orders will be delivered via USPS World Priority, or via FedEx, UPS, APC, or PostNL at our discretion. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Processing + Delivery Times

Once confirmed, orders of in-stock items are processed within 1 to 2 weeks and shipped out Monday to Friday; you will receive shipping confirmation by email. Delivery times to U.S.A. typically range between 3 to 7 days, while delivery times to Canada typically range between 7 to 12 days or longer, depending on customs delays. International delivery times vary depending on local carriers and potential customs delays.

Holiday Shipping

Shipping may take an additional 7+ business days to ship/leave the facility on top of the shipping carrier delivering your order.

During holidays, we are working as quickly as we can to get your order to you. Although we make every effort to have your shipped as soon as we can, there may be delays so we strongly encourage you to place your orders as early as possible. All delivery timelines or estimated delivery dates are only estimates and are subject to change.

International Shipping

We are accepting orders internationally. These VAT/Duties/Taxes/Customs will be covered by the customer upon receiving their order. Novalie is not responsible for any VAT/Duties/Taxes/Custom charges which may incur. 

Shipping Fees, Duties + Taxes

A flat-rate shipping fee, based on your order destination, will be added to your subtotal at checkout. All customers outside of The United States of America are responsible for any taxes and/or customs fees that may be assessed by their government. Our flat-rate shipping fees are as follows:

  • United States: $5.00 USD
  • Canada: $12.00 USD
  • South America: $20.00 USD
  • United Kingdom:  $20.00 USD
  • Europe:  $22.00 USD
  • Rest of the World: $25.00 USD

Shipping Insurance

Novalie is not responsible nor cover for any orders that are damaged, lost, or stolen in transit.

Shipping Pre-Order/Made-To-Order items

Items designated as 'pre-order' or made-to-order may be subject to a 6+ month processing time. Orders placed with regular in-stock item(s) mixed with pre-order item(s) or made-to-order will all ship together once the pre-order item(s) is ready for shipment. The nature of pre-orders are made-to-order items, therefore, for any cancellations or changes please contact us within 3 weeks of placing your order. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your pre-order, please see our return policy.

Return To Sender (RTS)

If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, the package not being claimed, or any other RTS reason, Novalie reserves the right to charge a re-shipment fee. If you wish to receive a refund instead, we are happy to refund the cost of the item(s). However, please note that the shipping fee is non-refundable.


Cancelling an Order

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to cancel the order before it ships out, however we cannot guarantee it will be cancelled in time.


Additional Information

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details and shipping address. Please review both emails to ensure that all the information provided during checkout is accurate. If you come across any errors, please email our support team so that we may make the necessary corrections. Please note that we can only make corrections prior to shipment. Orders will be subjected to a re-shipment fee if an error in the shipping details is identified after the shipment has been sent out.
